Collaborative project with Delfina Art Foundation residents artist duo Matterlurgy.
artsXR collaborated with the artists and scientists to develop an immersive art VR artwork that visualises the composition of air and pollution particles. October 2019 - March 2020
AIR_MORPHOLOGIES: Matterlurgy, artsXR and the Digital Maker Collective: a VR prototype co-developed during Matterlurgy's residency at Delfina Foundation in London as part of the Science Technology Society program, where they worked with scientists, artsXR and The Digital Maker Collective to develop a VR artwork that visualises the composition of air and pollution particles.
AIR_TOPOLOGIES: a VR prototype artsXR developed with artist duo Matterlurgy. The work spatialises air pollution data from research conducted by Dr. David Green at King’s College London. The prototype maps the dynamics of particulate matter over time, demonstrating how the size and concentration of air pollution particles changes over a 24 hr period.
